FAQ's

1. I'm local, can I pick-up or do you have local delivery?
When you place your order, you will see an option for both local pickup or local delivery within Chatham-Kent, Ontario!

2. Will my ears get itchy? 
All earrings are made with nickel free, lead free and hypoallergenic studs. I myself have very sensitive ears and skin and can wear these no problem, in 3 years of running Cashmere & Oak, I have yet to receive a complaint!

3. What is your order turnaround time?
Orders typically ship within 5 days, I do my best to get your items out to you in the quickest manner. Your shipping time will depend on your delivery choices, now go shopping!

4. Do you have reviews on your products?
Before starting this website, we sold only through Etsy and have amassed an impressive 5-star average on orders! Click here to go check them out!

5. Does each deck have their own set of intentions? 
Each deck will be different, although it is possible that 2 decks may have a few of the same mantras. I randomize a huge list of mantras in order to leave it up to fate as much as possible. 

6. Are the kid decks both kid and small-hand friendly?
The Kid's Mindfulness Decks were created with the help of my mom, a long-time elementary school teacher! The kid's decks are made with the same sturdy cardstock (see below question) but are smaller at 3.5" x 2.5" (9cm x 6cm), perfect for small hands! 

7.. Are the intention cards themselves flimsy?
The intention cards are locally printed on heavyweight 14 pt cardstock.

8.. What is your return policy? 
We have a 10-day return policy on our intention decks, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. The earrings are not eligible for a return due to hygiene reasons.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at cashmereandoak@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will cover the cost of of a replacement. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do what we can within reason to amend the situation.
